Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the App/Website.
Website refers to GoSats, accessible from https://gosats.io
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Vouchers purchased on the GoSats App/Website are FINAL and cannot be returned unless there was a technical issue for which the voucher wasn't processed.
If the voucher status is "FAILED" as shown in the reward history in the GoSats App, any amount deducted will be credited back to you within 2-3 days.
